Refund policy

At Street Dawah Apparel, each piece is released with purpose and produced in limited quantities. Because many of our items are made to order, we maintain a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase

To begin a return, please contact us at streetdawahapparel@gmail.com. If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided before the item is sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to make it right with fairness and care, insha’Allah.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our garments are made to order and offered in limited releases, certain items are not eligible for return. This includes custom or personalized products, sale items, gift cards, and any item marked as final sale.shopify+1

We also do not accept returns on personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a request.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our collections, exchange availability cannot be guaranteed. The fastest way to secure a different size or item is to return your original purchase, once approved, and place a new order separately, subject to current stock availability.

European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. However, the EU cooling-off right does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized, which is relevant for custom-produced items.

To qualify where this right applies, the item must still be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, though banks and card providers may take additional time to process and post the funds.
